2. Booking and Scheduling

All bookings are subject to availability.
A confirmation of your move date and time will be provided upon booking.
Any changes to the scheduled move must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.

3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are non-binding unless otherwise stated in writing.
Final costs may vary based on the actual weight, volume, and nature of items moved, as well as additional services requested.
Payment terms and methods will be outlined in the invoice or contract.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled move to avoid a cancellation fee.

5. Liability and Damages

Lake Geneva Movers takes all reasonable precautions to protect your belongings.

6. Items We Do Not Move

7. Storage Services

Storage services are offered for short- and long-term needs.
Items stored with Lake Geneva Movers are subject to additional terms outlined in the storage agreement.
Customers must provide a list of items being stored and agree to the inventory terms.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Ensure proper parking and access to the moving location.
Provide accurate information about the moving inventory.
Secure any necessary permits or permissions for the move.

9. Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances

Lake Geneva Movers is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or other conditions beyond our control.
In case of unforeseen delays, our team will communicate promptly and work to minimize disruptions.

10. Insurance and Valuation

Basic valuation coverage is included with all moves.
Additional insurance options are available and must be purchased before the move date.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably.
Any unresolved disputes will be subject to arbitration under the laws of the State of Florida.

12. Termination of Services

Lake Geneva Movers reserves the right to terminate services in cases of:

Non-payment or late payment of invoices.
Unsafe working conditions or unlawful requests.
Failure to comply with these terms and conditions.

13. Changes to Terms
